Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje stanovení kinetických parametrů enzymových reakcí KM a Vlim metodou amperometrie. Jako modelový enzym pro stanovení těchto parametrů byla zvolena glukosaoxidasa z třídy oxidoreduktas. V praktické části této práce byly kinetické parametry nejdříve stanoveny amperometricky. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with determination of kinetic parameters of KM and Vlim of enzymatic reactions using amperometry method. The glucose oxidase of the oxidoreductase class was chosen as a model enzyme for determining these parameters.
