Comparison of healthcare financing in Czech Republic and particular countries of European Union
Abstract:
Tato práce srovnává systémy financování zdravotnictví ve vybraných státech Evropské unie, jejich institucionální strukturu, způsoby tvorby zdrojů a úhrad zdravotní péče. Popisuje průběh reformy zdravotnictví v České republice a další alternativní reformní kroky. Na základě komparace se pak snaží navrhnout doporučení pro zefektivnění současného systému financování zdravotnictví v České republice.
Abstract:
This work compares the systems of healthcare financing in particular countries of European Union, their institutional structure, methods of sources creation and reimbursement of health care. It describes a course of healthcare reforms in Czech Republic and another alternative reforming steps.
