Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na půdní mikroflóru a metody uplatňované v jejím studiu. V teoretické části práce je popsána půda a její funkce, charakteristika půdní mikroflóry a její využití v aplikačních oborech jako jsou biotechnologie. This thesis is focused on a soil microflora and some methods applied in that study. In the theoretical part of the thesis, there is described the soil with functions, characteristics of a soil microflora and how it could be used in application areas such as biotechnologies.
