Retribuční soudnictví po druhé světové válce

Retributive Justice after World War II
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje vznik a vývoj retribučního soudnictví v Československu po ukončení druhé světové války. Text je zpracován na základě archivních materiálů, soudobé i moderní literatury. Je zde rozebráno hmotněprávní i procesněprávní ustanovení tzv. retribučních dekretů. Ve zvláštní části je nastíněno fungování Mimořádného lidového soudu v Hradci Králové v letech 1945 – 1948.
Abstract:
This thesis describes birth and progression of people´s courts in the Czechoslovak republic after the end of Word War II. Text is based on archival materials, contemporary and modern literature. There are elaborated substantive and procedural provision of retributive decrees. In a special section is outlined activity of Extraordinary people´s court in Hradec Králové during the period 1945 – 1948.
