Abstract:
Práce pojednává o novodobém fenoménu sdílené ekonomiky se zaměřením na její podoblast zakázkovou ekonomiku. Cílem práce je identifikovat povahu a motivaci pracovníků zakázkové ekonomiky. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the modern phenomenon of sharing economy. The focus is concentrated on its subarea - gig economy. The aim of the work is to identify the nature and motivation of gig workers. This paper describes the principles and characteristics of sharing econ- omy (and subsequently of gig economy).
