Administrative delicts procedure
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je analyzovat aktuální právní úpravu přestupkového řízení včetně relevantní judikatury Nejvyššího správního soudu a zhodnocení velké novely přestupkového zákona účinné od 1. 10. 2016. V praktické části bakalářské práce je zpracována analýza přestupkových řízení vedených Městským úřadem v Moravské Třebové a komparace s obcí Litomyšl.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to analyze current legislation governing administrative delicts procedure including relevant case law and to evaluace amendment of administrative delicts law effective as of October 1st 2016. Administrative delicts procedures led by Municipal office in Moravská Třebová are analyzed in the practical section, including comparison with those led by the city of Litomyšl.
