Accounting and tax aspects of the operation of photovoltaic power stations

Abstract:

Předložená práce zkoumá vývoj a současný stav problematiky podpory výroby elektrické energie ze slunečního záření v České republice. V úvodu práce je popsána stručná historie využívání energie ze Slunce a základní charakteristiky fotovoltaických elektráren. Další kapitola obsahuje legislativní vymezení podpory výroby od jejího zavedení až po současnou snahu ji co nejvíce omezovat. Následují kapitoly popisující nejdůležitější daňové a účetní aspekty. Po kapitole vymezující metody hodnocení investic následuje praktická část práce. Nejprve je zkoumána střešní elektrárna. Jsou zhodnoceny dopady ze změny podmínek podnikání v tomto oboru a povinnosti, které majiteli vznikly, ve vztahu ke státním úřadům. Stejné zhodnocení a vyčíslení dopadů je provedeno u plošné fotovoltaické elektrárny. Nakonec jsou zhodnoceny dosažené výsledky a majitelům navržena možná opatření.

Abstract:

This thesis examines the development and current condition of subsidy production of electricity from solar radiation in the Czech Republic. The introduction describes brief history of using energy from the Sun and the basic characteristics of photovoltaic power plants. Next chapter contains legislative definition of production aid since its implementation to contemporary efforts to reduce it as much as possible. Following chapters describe the most important tax and accounting aspects. The practical part continues after the chapter defining the investment evaluation methods. At first, the roof power plant is examined. Further, the impacts of changes in business conditions in this branch as well as the owner's obligations to state authorities are evaluated. The same assessment and quantification of the impacts is applied to flat photovoltaic power plants. Finally, the results are evaluated and there are some potential measures suggested to the owners.
