Předmětem této diplomové práce jsou insolvenční aspekty zajišťovacích nástrojů. Práce je zaměřena na relevantní zajišťovací instituty ve vztahu k vymezení pojmu zajištěného věřitele v insolvenčním řízení, včetně nesamozřejmých, netypických řešení a na realizaci jejich zajišťovací, resp. uhrazovací funkce v rámci jednotlivých způsobů řešení úpadku. The subject of this diploma thesis are insolvency aspects of collateral instruments. The diploma thesis focuses on relevant security institutes in relation to the definition of a secured creditor in insolvency proceedings, including uncommon, atypical so-lutions and realization its securing, reimbursing function within individual bank-ruptcy solutions.
