The issue of implementation of the information system by the view of system dynamics

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá zaváděním informačních systémů do organizace a popisuje kritické faktory implementačních projektů. Jako nástroj k popisu procesu implementace používá teorii systémové dynamiky a počítačem podporované simulační prostředí. V práci je popsáno třináct existujících studií problematiky zavádění informačních systémů z konferencí System Dynamics Society a model jedné z nich je použit jako případová studie ve vybrané firmě. Na závěr jsou porovnány výsledky simulací těchto dvou studií.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with implementation of information systems into organization and describes critical success factors of implementation projects. As tool for describing the process of implementation is used a theory of system dynamics and a computer aided simulation. In this thesis are described thirteen studies dealing with implementation of information systems presented at conferences of System Dynamics Society group and a model of one of these is used as a case study in a real chosen organization. Last part of thesis compares the simulation results of both of the studies.
