Ethical decisions of Social Workers in the working with foreign people

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá etickým rozhodováním sociálních pracovnic. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem se sociální pracovník rozhoduje a na čem má svá rozhodnutí postavená. Dále se ve své práci zabývám hodnotami a principy, které ovlivňují konečná rozhodnutí. V první části popisuji základní pojmy tak, aby práce byla pochopitelná pro nezasvěcenou veřejnost. Pro naplnění cíle práce je zvolena kvalitativní metodologie. V další části čtenář nalezne informace o metodologických postupech. Samotného výzkumu se zúčastnilo 5 participantek, které pracují v Poradně pro integraci Praha. V závěru čtenáře seznámím se závěry, které byly v rámci výzkumného šetření zjištěny.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the ethical making decision of social workers. The aim of the study is to find out about the way a social maker makes his decisions and what are they based on. Furthemore, I look into values and principles, which influence final decision. In order to make the thesis comprehensible even for those uninformed about the topic, basic terms are defined in the first part. In order to achieve the aim of the thesis, qualitative method is used. In the next part of the thesis, readers can find information regarding the methodological procedures. There were five participants who took part of this research. Results provide the reader with the outcomes of the qualitative inquiry.
