Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "Kooperace veřejné správy a neziskových organizací v oblasti sociálních služeb" pojednává o rolích jednotlivých aktérů v životě občana s důrazem kladeným na spolupráci. Cílem práce je identifikace míry a současně i úspěšnosti kooperace nestátního neziskového sektoru s orgány veřejné správy s návaznými autorskými doporučeními, jak potřebnou (tj. pro obě strany užitečnou) kooperaci iniciovat a následně dále podporovat, zvyšovat její účinnost, monitorovat a vyhodnocovat její efekty apod. Teoretická část práce je věnována jednotlivým aktérům možné spolupráce, a to z pohledu práva i vymezení základních pojmů souvisejících s problematikou. Dále se práce zabývá neziskovou organizací jako poskytovatelem sociálních služeb, se zaměřením na sociálně aktivizační služby pro rodiny s dětmi. Charakterizuje jejich roli a poukazuje na činnosti i jejich vývoje s ohledem na spolupráci s veřejnou správou. Analytická část práce se zabývá možnou mírou a efektivitou spolupráce nestátní neziskové organizace poskytující sociální služby a veřejné správy z pohledu zástupců organizací poskytující sociální služby. Závěr práce tvoří zhodnocení dotazníkové šetření a návrhy zabývající se dílčími kritérii kooperace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "Cooperation of public administration and non-profit organizations in the field of social services" deals with the roles of individual actors in the life of the citizen with an emphasis on cooperation. The aim of the thesis is to identify the degree and at the same time the success of cooperation of non-governmental non-profit sector with public administration bodies with subsequent author's recommendations on how to initiate and further support cooperation useful for both parties, increase its efficiency, monitor and evaluate its effects, etc. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to the individual actors of possible cooperation, both from the point of view of law and the definition of basic concepts related to the issue. Furthermore, the work deals with a non-profit organization as a provider of social services, focusing on social activation services for families with children. It characterizes their role and points out the activities and their development with regard to cooperation with public administration. The analytical part of the thesis deals with the possible degree and effectiveness of cooperation of non-governmental non-profit organizations providing social services and public administration from the perspective of representatives of organizations providing social services. The conclusion of the thesis is an evaluation of a questionnaire survey and proposals dealing with partial criteria of cooperation.
