Analysis of business risks
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je identifikace a posouzení podnikatelských rizik vybrané společnosti, včetně návrhu opatření pro jejich minimalizaci. Práce definuje pojem riziko a pojmy s ním související. Charakterizuje vybranou společnost a podrobuje jí SWOT analýze a analýze 5F, výstupem kterých je návrh způsobu řešení jednotlivých rizik, kterým je podnik vystaven.
Abstract:
Subject of this thesis is to identify and assess business risks of the selected company, including the suggestion of measures to minimize them. This work defines the notion of risk and related concepts. It characterizes the selected company, subjecting it to SWOT analysis and analysis 5F, the output of which is to design solutions to the various risks to which the company is exposed.
