Tato diplomová bakalářská práce se zabývá se fotografickým portrétem, který byl povýšen na nástroj individualizovaného výtvarného vyjádření a uvádí fotografii v kontext historie umění. Dále je v textu analyzováno dílo tří současných umělců, stojících na pomezí fotografie a výtvarných médií.
