Tato bakalářská práce je teoreticko-výzkumného charakteru a zabývá se tématem ?Spokojenost klientů s komplexní péčí v lázeňském zařízení Lázně Bohdaneč?. This bachelor's thesis research is theoretical in nature and deals with the theme of ?Satisfaction of clients with complex care in a spa Bohdaneč?. In the theoretical part, I worked out the concept of spas, spa care, including the history of Bohemia and spa features spa treatment.
