Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá oběťmi trestných činů se zaměřením na odškodnění těchto obětí pachatelem a na jejich současné problémy.
Abstract:
This baccalaureate thesis deals with victims of criminal offence and concentrates on compensation of these victims by the offender and on their contemporary problems.
