Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu systému řízení ve zvolené firmě a návrhy na jeho inovaci s přihlédnutím k cílům podniku. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část je teoreticko- metodická a zabývá se charakteristikou řízení, řídící strukturou, organizačními strukturami a systémy řízení ve firmě.
