Juristic aspects of state public enterprise
Abstract:
Náplní této práce je popis právních aspektů institutu státní podnik, jeho vývoj a vývoj jeho právní úpravy. Podrobně rozebírám současnou právní úpravu státního podniku, jak ji stanovuje zákon č. 77/1997 Sb., o státním podniku, a v praktické části se zabývám podnikem Česká pošta, s. p. - jeho historií, vývoji, současným stavem a právní úpravou.

Mission of my bachelor thesis is to describe juristic aspects of institute state public enterprise, its development and development of its legal regulations.
