Diplomová práce se zabývá požadavky platné právní úpravy pro zjišťování, vytyčování a zpřesňování hranic pozemků ve vazbě na obnovu katastrálního operátu, včetně procesu pozemkových úprav. This thesis analyses the legal requirements for determining, demarcating and specifying the land boundaries in relation to the renewal of the cadastral documentation, including the process of land arrangements.
