British Union of Fascists is often seen as an obvious failure for many apparent reasons. This thesis provides an analysis of the relevant contemporary social and political context for the movement to determine its possible potential, whether there was a place for a fascist party in the political spectrum, and its influence on politics and culture in Great Britain.
