Abstract:
Předmětem práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro společnost RPM service CZ a.s. První část práce se teoreticky zabývá prvky podnikatelského plánu a finanční analýzy. Druhá část se věnuje konkrétně podnikatelskému plánu a finanční charakteristice podniku. Třetí část obsahuje souhrnné hodnocení finanční situace a návrhy na zlepšení.

The subject of the work is to create a business plan for the company RPM service CZ a.s. The first part of the work theoretically deals with elements of the business plan and financial analysis.
