Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je „Bankovní smlouvy a jejich využití v praxi“. Teoretická část přibližuje vybrané bankovní smlouvy, jimiž jsou smlouva o otevření akreditivu, smlouva o inkasu, smlouva o bankovním uložení věci, smlouva o běžném účtu, smlouva o vkladovém účtu a smlouva o úvěru. V praktické části pomocí metody komparace, porovnávám vybrané bankovní smlouvy.

Theme of this bachelor essays is „Bank contracts and their application in practice“. The theoretical part focuses on selected bank contracts, which are the letter of credit contract, the collection contract, the bank deposit agreement affairs, the checking account contract, the bank deposit contract and the credit contract.
