Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá základními pojmy, právní úpravou finanční kontroly ve veřejné správě a popisem právního rámce veřejnosprávní kontroly včetně historického vývoje. Popisuje postupy a procedury kontroly. Navrhuje podněty při řešení problémů.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the basic concepts, rules of financial control in public administration and a description of the legal framework of public administration control including the historical development. It describes the practices and control procedures. It proposes incentives to solve the problems.
