Teoretická část této práce popisuje základní vlastnosti a způsoby použití teorie odpovědi na položku (IRT) a srovnává ji s klasickou testovou teorií (CTT). Abstract:
The first part of this paper describes basic features and applications of Item Response Theory (IRT) and compares it with Classical Test Theory (CTT). In the second part our IRT-based differential item functioning analysis of the Eysenck personality inventory extraversion scale is presented.
