Insolvency administrator and his role in solving issues of bankruptcy through debt relief

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je věnována roli insolvenčního správce v rámci oddlužení. Cílem této práce je utvoření uceleného přehledu o osobě insolvenčního správce a jeho předpokladech, a dále přiblížení této funkce širší veřejnosti, která ji často zaměňuje s funkcí soudního exekutora. Část práce je věnována oddlužení jako sanačnímu způsobu řešení úpadku dlužníka, přičemž tato část slouží k pochopení účelu a průběhu oddlužení. Práce přibližuje osobu insolvenčního správce jakožto důležitý subjekt insolvenčního řízení z mnoha úhlů pohledu. Poslední část této práce proto představuje chronologický přehled jednotlivých úkonů insolvenčního správce v průběhu oddlužení.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is dedicated to the role of the insolvency administrator in debt relief. The aim of the thesis is to form a comprehensive overview of the insolvency administrator person and his preconditions and also to bring the insolvency administrator post closer to the general public who usually confuse him with executor. Part of the thesis is devoted to debt relief as a remediation method for resolving insolvency and it serves for understanding debt relief´s purpose and progress. The thesis approaches insolvency administrator as an important subject of an insolvency proceeding from many points of view. The last part of the thesis presents a chronological overview of the activities of the insolvency administrator in the entire process of debt relief.
