Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá bookclubem organizovaným v prostředí korporátní organizace. Cílem práce je zjistit a popsat, jak daný bookclub funguje, jaký obsah učení v něm je předáván a co účast na bookclubu přináší účastníkům. Diplomová práce je teoreticko-empirického charakteru. V teoretické části práce jsou nejprve rozebrána specifika dospělých v procesu učení. Další kapitola teoretické části práce pojednává o fenoménu bookclubu obecně, přičemž neopomíjí ani historickou perspektivu. Následně je bookclub uveden do kontextu s teoriemi kooperativního učení, dialogického učení a organizačního učení. Empirická část je započata metodologickým popisem výzkumného šetření. Výzkum je realizován kvalitativně prostřednictvím výzkumných rozhovorů. Na metodologickou část pak navazuje interpretace výsledků výzkumného šetření.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the bookclub organized in the environment of a corporate organization. The aim of the thesis is to find out and describe how the bookclub works, what learning content is passed in it and what participation in the bookclub brings to the participants. The diploma thesis is theoretical-empirical. At first, the theoretical part of the thesis discusses the specifics of adults in the learning process. The next chapter of the theoretical part of the thesis deals with the phenomenon of the book club in general, while including the historical perspective. Subsequently, the bookclub is put into context with theories of cooperative learning, dialogical learning and organizational learning. The empirical part begins with a methodological description of the research. The research is carried out qualitatively through research interviews. The methodological part is followed by the interpretation of the results of the research.
