Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce pojednává o vztazích mezi představenstvem a dozorčí radou (dualistický systém) na straně jedné a o vztazích mezi generálním ředitelem a správní radou (monistický systém) na straně druhé.
Abstract:
This dissertation deals with relations among board of directors and supervisory board (dualistic system) on the one hand and with relations among director-general and board of directors (monistic system) on the other hand.
