Abstract:
Teoretická část této bakalářské práce popisuje legislativní procesy v České republice a představuje iniciativu eParticipation a její hlavní cíle. Praktická část této práce představuje model současných rozhodovacích procesů, které tvoří legislativu České republiky. Tento model se skládá z workflow diagramů a z OWL ontologie.
Abstract:
Theoretic part of this bachelor´s thesis describes the legislative processes in the Czech Republic and presents the eParticipation initiative and its main goals. Practical part of this work presents model of the existing decision-making processes that form the legislation of the Czech Republic. The model consists of the workflow diagrams and the OWL ontology.
