Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hospodařením s majetkem obcí v teoretické i praktické oblasti. Na příkladu vybrané obce hodnotí efektivitu hospodaření s jejím majetkem. Výsledky hodnocení vychází z vertikální a horizontální analýzy a dalších ukazatelů. V práci jsem došel k závěrům, že zkoumaná obec hospodaří se svým majetkem v rámci svých možností efektivně. This Bachelor Thesis deals with economy of municipal property theoretically and practically. It evaluates efficiency of municipal property economy on the example of the selected municipality.
