Feasibility study – recreational facility

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena do oblasti projektového managementu. Nejprve popisuje problematiku projektového řízení a do kontextu zasazuje jeden z jeho hlavních nástrojů – studii proveditelnosti. V praktické části je pak studie sestavena. V jejím rámci je realizována řada analýz, které mají přispět k naplnění cíle studie a tím je mimo jiné vymezení podmínek, za kterých je projekt realizovatelný. Jsou využity nástroje jako je analýza SLEPT, Porterům model 5 sil a řada dalších. Jednotlivé části analýz jsou pak shrnovány v podobě dílčích SWOT. Součástí studie je základní odhad nákladů a výnosů projektu v jeho provozní fázi, ta je pro rozhodnutí o realizaci projektu klíčová

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the field of project management. First, it describes the issue of project management and situates one of its main tools - feasibility study - in context. In the practical part, the study is then compiled. Within its framework, a number of analyses are carried out to contribute to the study's objective, which is to define the conditions under which the project is feasible. Tools such as SLEPT analysis, Porter's Five Forces model, and several others are utilized. The individual parts of the analyses are then summarized in the form of partial SWOT analyses. An essential component of the study is the basic estimation of the project's costs and revenues in its operational phase, which is crucial for the decision on project realization
