Práce rozbírá právo státu vykonat diplomatickou ochranu ve prospěch uprchlíka. Vysvětluje teorii diplomatické ochrany a původ tohoto institutu v mezinárodním právu veřejném. Dále se věnuje jednotlivým aspektům uprchlického práva ve vztahu k diplomatické ochraně. Jádrem práce je potom návrh článků o diplomatické ochraně vypracované Komisí OSN pro mezinárodní právo. This thesis is concerned with the right of the state to exercise the diplomatic protection of a refugee. It elaborates on the theory of diplomatic protection and the origin of this institute in public international law.
