Inspiration by works of art in floral design

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl poskytnout přehled o historii výtvarného umění a jeho vliv a využití ve floristické tvorbě. Jsou představeny vybraná historická období, výtvarné směry spolu s nejvýznamnějšími autory a díly, ze kterých je možné brát inspiraci a využít je při práci s rostlinným materiálem pro tvorbu floristických děl. Práce klade důraz na kreativní proces a hledání cest, jak propojit uměleckou představivost s floristickou praxí, aby bylo dosaženo esteticky hodnotných výsledků. To vše bylo převzato a využito při realizaci 6 kytic, jež byly popsány a zhodnoceny.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis aims to provide an overview of the history of fine art and its influence and use in floral design. Selected historical periods and artistic movements are presented along with the most important artists and works from which inspiration can be taken and used when working with plant material to create floral works. The work emphasizes the creative process and the search for ways to combine artistic imagination with floral practice to achieve aesthetically valuable results. All this was taken and used in the realization of 6 bouquets, which were described and evaluated.
