Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na proces a kvality ve vybraných podnicích. Cílem této práce je zjištění postavení vybraných podniků, a to Albert, Kaufland, Globus a Tesco, na trhu. S tím se pojí zjištění, který z uvedených podniků nabízí kvalitnější ovoce a zeleninu. Dále se práce zaměřuje na zjištění nové alternativní cesty pro obalový materiál v restauraci Globus. Jaké výhody a nevýhody by to pro ně znamenalo. Posledním dílčím úkolem je zjištění, zda nedochází ke klamavé reklamě. Rozhovor přinesl informace, které byly dále využity pro výzkum. Využitá SWOT analýza zjistila, že pokud by podnik Globus zavedl vratný obalový materiál, měli by ofenzivní výhodu oproti své konkurenci. Dále podíl na trhu přinesl zjištění o postavení podniků na trhu a metoda komparace přinesla zjištění, že všechny podniky se snaží prodávat kvalitní ovoce a zeleninu. Predikce pak ukázala, že ne všechny podniky si vedou stejně. Metoda korelace přinesla zjištění, že podniky jsou na sebe mírně závislé. Přínosem práce je obecné zjištění a informovanost pro zákazníky. Dále z práce můžou být informované i zkoumané podniky, ale to může sloužit jako určitý pohled na věc. Primárně zákazníci vybraných podniků můžou zde vidět porovnání či vyvrácení svých domněnek. Limity, které vyvstaly při výzkumu byly v komunikaci s podniky, kdy nechtěly zveřejňovat své postupy a interní dokumenty. Ovšem i dále tato práce může být rozšiřovaná, a to další sledování obratů, zapojení udržitelnosti či dalšího vnímání podniků.

Abstract:

This paper focuses on process and quality in selected companies. The aim of this thesis is to find out the market position of the selected enterprises, namely Albert, Kaufland, Globus and Tesco. This is related to finding out which of these enterprises offers better quality fruits and vegetables. Furthermore, this thesis aims to find out a new alternative route for packaging material in Globus restaurant. What would be the advantages and disadvantages for them. The last sub-task is to find out if there is any misleading advertising. The interview provided information that was further used for the research. The SWOT analysis used found that if Globus introduced returnable packaging material, they would have an offensive advantage over their competitors. Furthermore, market share yielded findings on the market position of the enterprises and the method of comparison yielded findings that all enterprises are trying to sell quality fruits and vegetables. The prediction then showed that not all enterprises perform equally. The correlation method yielded the finding that the enterprises are slightly interdependent. The contribution of the paper is the general findings and the information for customers. Furthermore, the businesses studied may also be informed from the thesis, but this may serve as some insight. Primarily, customers of the selected enterprises can see here a comparison or refutation of their assumptions. Limits to the work arose when communicating with businesses when they did not want to disclose their procedures and internal documents. However, this work can be extended further by further tracking turnover, engaging sustainability, or other perceptions of businesses.
