Training system of bus drivers in Brno focuses on safety in service

Abstract:

ANOTACE Bakalářská práce na téma „Systém přípravy řidičů autobusů MHD v Brně se zaměřením na bezpečnost provozu“ se zaobírá historií dopravního podniku a historií vzděláváním profesionálních řidičů. Fenoménem současnosti je vysoká nehodovost obecně a nárůst zaviněných nehod u řidičů autobusů DPMB. Součástí práce je provedená analýza vyhlášek a zákonů souvisejících s dopravou včetně možného nastínění řešení za pomoci trenažéru. V praktické části jsou prováděny dva výzkumy. Jeden pomocí dotazníků, kdy se mezi řidiči sleduje psychické napětí v závislosti na střídání různých typů autobusů a linek. Druhý výzkum se uskutečnil pomocí trenažéru, kde řidiči projeli předepsanou trasu. Pomocí PC se sledovalo dodržení zákona č. 361/2000 Sb. a správná technika jízdy. V závěru je doporučené řešení problému pro vedení DPMB, a.s. Brno, Masarykova univerzita 2010, 55 stran.

Abstract:

ABSTRAKT The Bachelor work named Training system of bus drivers in Brno focuses on safety in service is dealing with history of transport undertaking and history of education of professional drivers. High accident rate generally and rising accident culpable by bus drivers are the phenomenon in the present. The work includes analysis of promulgations and laws which are related to transport including possible solution with the help of drive-simulator. In the practical part, there are made two researches. For the first one was used questionnaires, where are monitoring psychic stress in dependance on changing types of buses and lines. The second research was realized due to the drive-simulator, where drivers passed the testing route. There was monitored following the law n.361/2000 Sb. and correct technic of drive through PC. In the end, there is recommended suitable solution of solved problem for leaders of DPMB, Inc. Brno, Masaryk University in 2010, 55 pages.
