This diploma thesis deals with identity and access management (IAM). The purpose of this thesis is to describe the importance of IAM systems in the infrastructure of corporate information systems, to perform an analysis of the selected IAM system and, based on the analysis, to propose own suggestions for improvement and innovation of the IAM system.
