Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou oceňování nemovitého majetku pro účely státního podniku. V úvodní části je čtenář seznámen s obecnou úlohou a významem oceňování majetku, odlišnostmi mezi oceňováním na tržních principech a podle vyhlášky, včetně základního principu jednotlivých přístupu k oceňování.
