Areas of Nonviolent Communication in Research: an Overview Study

Abstract:

Nenásilná komunikace je metoda navržena Marshallem Rosenbergem v šedesátých letech k podpoření soucitu a nenásilné interakce mezi lidmi. V českém prostředí tomuto tématu není věnováno mnoho pozornosti. Cílem této bakalářské práce je proto v rámci realizace systematické přehledové studie shrnout a analyzovat českou i zahraniční vědeckou literaturu za posledních pět let, která se zabývá nenásilnou komunikací. A dále identifikovat některé vybrané oblasti, na které má nenásilná ko-munikace vliv. Do analýzy bylo zařazeno patnáct studií, z nichž byl odhalen pozitivní vliv nenásilné komunikace na zvýšení empatie a vědomí vlastní účinnosti, dále potom snížení hněvu, kterému bylo v posledních letech věnováno více pozornosti než v minulosti. N-násilná komunikace má také pozitivní vliv na mezilidské vztahy, schopnost komunikace a je vhodná pro mediaci konfliktů. V kolektivech tato metoda podporuje vzájemný respekt a autenticitu.

Abstract:

Nonviolent communication is a method proposed by Marshall Rosenberg in the 1960s to promote compassion and nonviolent interaction between people. Not much attention is paid to this topic in the Czech environment. Therefore, the aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize and analyze the Czech and foreign scientific lite-rature in the last five years dealing with non-violent communication in the framework of a systematic review study. Furthermore, to identify some selected areas on which nonviolent communication has an impact. Fifteen studies were included in the analysis, which revealed the positive impact of non-violent communication on increasing empathy and self-efficacy awareness, as well as reducing anger, which has received more attention in recent years than in the past. Nonviolent communication also has a positive effect on interpersonal rela-tionships, communication skills and is suitable for conflict mediation. In collectives, this method promotes mutual respect and authenticity.
