Pes equinus je jedním z nejčastějších projevů dětské mozkové obrny na pohybovém aparátu. Cílem práce bylo hodnocení unikátní kombinované operační techniky prolongace komplexu triceps surae u dětských pacientů s hemiparetickou formou DMO. The equinus gait is one of the most common manifestations of cerebral palsy in the musculoskeletal system. The aim of the study was to evaluate the unique combined surgical technique of triceps surae lengthening in pediatric patients with hemiparetic form of cerebral palsy.
