Crimes against Property - Administrative and Judicial Punishment
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis, výklad a aplikaci základních institutů veřejného práva ve vztahu k majetkovým deliktům. Konkrétně se pak zabývá analýzou skutkových podstat majetkových přestupků a korespondujících trestných činů proti majetku. V závěru jsou jednotlivé procesní postupy v rámci správního a soudního trestání porovnávány.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the description, explanation and application of basic institutes of public law in connection with crimes against property. It specifically deals with the analysis of the facts of the case of property offenses and corresponding crimes against property.
