Abstract:
Anotace Cílem této bakalářské práce je rozbor telefonního bankovnictví a alternativních přímých kanálů. Jednotlivé kapitoly a jejich části jsou věnovány charakteristice služby Telefonního bankovnictví od historie až po současnost, srovnání služby s dalšími elektronickými kanály a v poslední řadě průzkum spokojenosti náhodné cílové skupiny respondentů.
Abstract:
Annotation The objective of this bachelors work is the analysis of Phone banking and alternative straight channels. The single chapters and its parts are discribing the characteristicsof Phone banking service from its history till present days, also compares Phone banking to another chanels and the research of satisfaction of random group of respondents.
