Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Management změn podnikové kultury podporující dynamický rozvoj podniku“ je analýza firemní kultury v obchodní společnosti s cílem zjistit příčiny snížené výkonnosti a aktivity zaměstnanců a následně navrhnout změny vedoucí ke zlepšení současné situace a k vyšší motivaci zaměstnanců. V závěrečné části je analyzován vliv navržených změn na rozvoj podniku.
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor work “Management of change of corporate culture supporting dynamic company growth” is to analyze corporate culture in a specific company in order to find causes of low performance and activity of teh employees and subsequently propose appropriate changes improving the current situation and leading to higher motivation of the emaployees.
