Cílem diplomové práce na téma: "Výlučná pravomoc v mezinárodním právu procesním" je popsat a rozebrat současnou, popřípadě bývalou právní úpravu výlučné pravomoci v mezinárodním civilním právu procesním s důrazem na národní právo a nařízení Rady ES.
