EU as power for peace? Mission EUFOR Althea in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Abstract:
Tato práce představila teorii rolí a koncepci role mírová mocnost, která byla vytvořena pro Evropskou unii na základě jejích hodnot, norem a pravidel. Pět kritérií, která mírovou mocnost definují, bylo aplikováno na mírovou misi EUFOR Althea v Bosně a Hercegovině. Po ověření všech kritérií bylo dokázáno, že EU jednala v Bosně a Hercegovině jako mírová mocnost a dostála tak své koncepci role.
Abstract:
This paper presents the role theory and the role conception power for peace which was created for the European Union on the basis of its values, norms and rules. Five criteria that define power for peace were applied to the peace mission EUFOR Althea in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
