Employees' motivation and emloyees' benefits

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu způsobů motivace zaměstnanců. Teoretická část je věnována jak samotnému pojmu motivace, tak i pojmům k motivaci blízkým a seznamuje s vybranými existujícími teoriemi motivace. Dále jsou součástí této práce také zaměstnanecké benefity, jejich funkce, dělení a popis nejčastěji nabízených zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Praktická část práce zkoumá motivaci zaměstnanců s využitím techniky písemného, resp. online dotazování ve společnosti Nedcon Bohemia, s.r.o., resp. dalších dotazovaných zaměstnanců mimo tuto společnost. Cílem práce je tedy analyzovat motivační prostředky, zhodnotit jaký mají dopad na motivaci, pracovní výkon či spokojenost zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is analysing methods how to stimulate and motivate employees. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the concept of motivation, concepts close to motivation and selected existing theories of motivation. It also deals with employee benefits, function, division and benefits which are frequently offered to employees. The practical part of the thesis, mainly based on written and online questionnaires, concentrates on motivation of employees at Nedcon Bohemia, s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is to analyse what motivation means and to assess its impact on employees' motivation, job performance and satisfaction.
