Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce nazvaná Využití řeky Labe v rozvoji Ústeckého kraje se zabývá významem Labe, největší a páteřní řeky v České republice, z pohledu rozvoje Ústeckého kraje. Lze předpokládat, že Labe je jedním z důležitých faktorů rozvoje kraje. Řeky a jejich říční systémy od pradávna ovlivňovaly vývoj lidské společnosti, její lokalizaci, aktivity a prosperitu, podporovaly jak zemědělství, tak obchod. Svůj význam měly a mají především ve sféře dopravy. V dnešní době se však dopravní úloha řek relativně oslabuje, což je především dáno změněnými požadavky na dopravu a přepravu věcí, alternativní využití nalézají řeky v oblasti cestovního ruchu nebo například v oblasti energetiky. Cílem práce je zmapovat způsoby využití Labe, a to právě v odvětvích dopravy a cestovního ruchu, a dále zhodnotit jeho přínos rozvoji Ústeckého kraje jako celku. V úvodu se práce věnuje obecným otázkám regionálního rozvoje, blíže pak přírodním faktorům tohoto rozvoje, jejichž součástí řeky jsou. Po stručné charakteristice ústeckého kraje je zhodnocena pozice Labe v dopravě a v cestovním ruchu v tomto kraji. Hlavním závěrem a doporučením práce je zaměření subjektů veřejné správy Ústeckého kraje na rekreační potenciál řeky Labe.

Abstract:

This thesis, entitled Use of the river Elbe in the development of the Ústí region, discusses the importance of the Elbe River, the largest river in the Czech Republic, from the perspective of the development of the Ústí Region. We can assume that the Elbe is one of the important factors in the development of the region. Rivers and river systems from ancient times influenced the development of human society, its localization, activity and prosperity, promoted both agriculture and trade. Rivers used to have and still has its meaning especially in the sphere of transport. Nowadays, however, the role of river transport relatively weakens, which is mainly due to the changed requirements of transport and transport of goods. An alternative usage of the river is in the field of tourism or for example in the field of energy. The aim of this thesis is to map out ways of using Elbe, precisely in the sectors of transport and tourism, and assess its contribution to the development of the Usti Region as a whole. At the beginning of the work it deals with general issues of regional development, further it deals closer with the natural factors of this development, which include rivers as well. After a brief description of the Ústí Region it is evaluated Elbe position in transport and tourism in this region. The main conclusions and recommendations of the thesis is to focus on recreational potential of the river Elbe.
