Legal Regulation of Trade with Protected Animals and Plants in EU and in International Context
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá právními prameny obchodování s ohroženými druhy živočichů a rostlin na úrovni mezinárodní, evropské a vnitrostátní a jejich vzájemným srovnáním. Dále je práce zaměřena na orgány činné v oblasti ochrany ohrožených druhů, jejich kompetencemi a sankcemi ukládanými za porušení dotčených právních předpisů.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis compares the international, European and national legal sources of international trade in endangered species. It also focuses on institutions involved in the protection of endangered species, their competencies and sanctions imposed for violation of the legislation concerned.
