Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Analýza odchylek jako nástroj řízení a kontroly v podniku“ je analýza rozpočtování, získávání odchylek a jejich vyhodnocování a návrh opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení v podniku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pojetí controllingu, rozpočtování a metody zpracování odchylek. Praktická část obsahuje aplikaci teorie ve společnosti Geodis Brno spol. s r. o.
Abstract:
The subject of the bachelor work: “variance analysis as a tool for managing and controlling in an enterprise” is to analysis of budgeting, gain variances and their assess and proposal measures to improve into company.
