Amendment to the law on arms and ammunition
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá novelou zákona o zbraních a střelivu, konkrétně srovnáním původní a nové směrnice. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat, jaké konkrétní paragrafy byly změněny či zrušeny v návaznosti na změny jednotlivých článků směrnice. This bachelor thesis focuses on the amendment of the Firearms and Ammunition Act, specifically comparing the original directive with the new one. The aim of the thesis was to analyze which specific sections were changed or repealed in response to amendments to individual articles of the directive.
