Promoting non-profit organization and dissaving allocations from EU

Abstract:

Tato závěrečná práce se věnuje problematice neziskových organizací a čerpání dotací ze strukturálních fondů Evropské unie. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmů a skutkové podstaty neziskových organizací, základní charakteristika, právní forma, jak můžeme neziskové organizace členit. Rozebírá hospodaření těchto právnických osob a následnou činnost ve prospěch veřejnosti a svých členů. V další části této sekce stručně charakterizuje dotace z Evropské unie, strukturu operačních programů a prioritních os. Praktická část je zaměřena na vlastním založení občanského sdružení, vytvoření stanov občanského sdružení, dále pak pojednává o způsobu čerpáníprostředků ze strukturálních fondů s názornou ukázkou na žádosti o dotaci. Výchozí základnou při zpracování této práce jsou použity investiční a provozní náklady Sportovní stáje Lány - Vašírov, o. s., které jsou implementovány do uceleného projektu. V závěru práce jsou vymezeny a stručně komentovány výsledky sledování,které jsou použity v praktické části. Součástí závěru jsou i konečné výsledky poskytnuté dotace a procentuálním rozpadu financí na zdroje získané z Evropské unie a na zdroje získané z národního rozpočtu.

Abstract:

This final dissertation about the problem of non-profit organizations and Drawing from the Structural Funds of European Union. The theoretical part is concentrated on defining the concepts and facts non-profit organizations, the basic characteristics, legal status, break down non-profit organizations. Analyzes the management of those organisations, and other public activities. Other part of the section briefly describes the subsidy from the European Union, the structure of operational programs and priority axes. The practical part is concentrated on establishing its own civic association, creating the statutes of civic association, and then treat the way drawing funds from the Structural Funds with demonstrated application for subsidy. Home base for the processing of this work was used investment and operating costs stables Sports Lany - Vašírov, o.s. which are implemented in a comprehensive project. At the end of work are defined and briefly commenting the results of monitoring, which are used in the practical part. Part of the conclusion also content final results which are provided to aid dissolution and the percentage of funds for the resources obtained from the European Union and the resources obtained from the national budget.
