Plan for establishing a new business

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je plán pro založení nového podniku. Cílem je sestavení funkčního podnikatelského plánu nově vznikající společnosti, která bude působit na sběratelsko-investičním segmentu trhu a představí novou produktovou kategorii. Z hlediska struktury je práce rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část pokrývá vybrané základní pojmy a koncepty, na které navazuje vlastní osnova podnikatelského plánu. Poznatky z teoretické části jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části při formulaci podnikatelského plánu konkrétní společnosti, který sleduje stejnou vlastní osnovu. Dále obsahuje také analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního okolí podniku, analýzu SWOT a analýzu a vyhodnocení rizik. Výstupy z praktické části jsou použity ke shrnutí klíčových výsledků o zkoumaném podniku, vyhodnocení realizovatelnosti podnikatelského záměru a funkčnosti sestaveného podnikatelského plánu a zodpovězení dvou výzkumných otázek.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is a plan for establishing a new business. The objective is to develop a workable business plan for a new company that will operate in the collector-investment segment of the market and introduce a new product category. In terms of structure, the thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part covers selected basic terms and concepts, which are followed by the actual outline of the business plan. The knowledge from the theoretical part is then applied in the practical part in the formulation of the business plan of a specific company, which follows the same outline. It also includes an analysis of the external and internal environment of the company, a SWOT analysis, and a risk analysis and evaluation. The outputs from the practical part are used to summarize key results about the company under study, to evaluate the feasibility of the business plan and the functionality of the developed business plan, and to answer two research questions.
