Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálním tématem restitucí církevního majetku. Cílem práce je seznámení se s platnou právní úpravou a její rozbor. V úvodních kapitolách je čtenář stručně obeznámen s historickým pozadím vzniku této problematiky a se snahami o její řešení. This Bachelor thesis deals with a current affair of restitution of church property. The aim of this thesis is an introduction of the legislation and its analysis. In the introductory chapters the reader is briefly acquainted with the historical background of this issue and with the attempts to solve it.
